Chiropractic care as unique as you are.
A typical appointment will include a chiropractic adjustment and a combination of supplementary care modalities such as soft tissue work, rehab exercises, and the advanced muscle testing techniques listed below. Dr. Kaeli may also use nutrition education and lifestyle modifications to assist you in reaching your health goals. Appointments are 25 minutes long for one flat fee.
Our Approach
Dr. Kaeli’s adjustment style has been described as gentle, yet effective. Patient preference and presentation is always taken into account when choosing the appropriate adjustment method. A variety of adjustment modalities are utilized including the Activator Method, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), traditional high velocity low amplitude Diversified adjustments, and the use of a drop table. No two patients are alike, and chances are that each individual will require a different blend of care modalities at each appointment. Many patients do not want any “popping’ or “twisting” and prefer alternatives to traditional high force adjustments. Altalign Wellness offers an adjustment style for any preference.

Neuro-Emotional Technique is used to help physical problems that have an emotional stress component. With NET, Dr. Kaeli uses manual muscle testing to identify and resolve the stress-related components of a patient’s physical complaints. A 2021 study found that patients receiving NET treatment had a decrease in low back pain and an increased quality of life when compared to a control group (Bablis, Pollard, & Rosner, 2022). More information can be found here.

Applied Kinesiology (AK) uses manual muscle testing to evaluate the chemical, structural, and emotional imbalances of the body. This information is then used to tailor a chiropractic session to each individual patient. AK treatments involve the use of chiropractic adjustments, myofascial therapies, cranial adjustments, acupressure meridians, clinical nutrition, and more. Dr. Kaeli has completed the 100-hour Basic Applied Kinesiology Certification course through the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK).

Quantum Neurology focuses on how well your brain is communicating with the rest of your body. When those signals are weak or misfiring, the result can be pain, instability, poor healing, fatigue, or lingering symptoms that don’t respond to traditional treatments.
This approach uses specific neurological inputs (such as light, movement, and targeted stimulation) to strengthen weak signals and restore balance. Rather than forcing change, it helps your nervous system relearn how to function and adapt more efficiently.
Often used for:
• Persistent pain or weakness
• Balance or coordination issues
• Post-injury recovery
• Nervous system fatigue or overload -
The Lebowitz Protocol helps identify hidden stressors that may be quietly overloading your immune system — such as food sensitivities, low-grade infections, or hormonal imbalances. These issues don’t always show up clearly on standard tests, but they can still drain energy and interfere with healing.
Using muscle testing as feedback, this protocol helps pinpoint what your body is reacting to and what it needs support with. Once identified, care is tailored to help reduce that burden and allow your system to recover more effectively.
Helpful for people experiencing:Chronic fatigue or inflammation
Digestive or immune issues
“Mystery symptoms” without clear answers
Sensitivity to foods or environments
The Lebowitz protocol is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition nor is it considered medical advice. It is not a replacement for medical care.
